TRAVEL & TOURS CONSULTANT – ASSISTANT OFFICER
The main responsibility of Travel and Tours Assistant Officer is to assist in the daily operations of the Travel & Tours Division, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth delivery of travel and tour services.
Qualification
- Minimum GCE “A” Level and/or Ordinary National Diploma equivalent in related disciplines,
- Certification in the Sabre System,
- Holding valid tour guide license from Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism, is an added advantage.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in reservations and ticketing, managing customer handling and Inbound Tours,
- Knowledgeable in the Sabre System,
- Having experience in assisting office administration is a good advantage.
Competencies Required
- Active in promoting and maintaining corporate customer relationship management,
- Possess the talent and ability in resolving all customers’ inquiries professionally,
- Resourceful to feedback customer inquiries and organize travels itineraries effectively,
- Understanding and knowledgeable in visa processes, insurance requirements, flight rules and travel policies,
- Able to execute other ad-hoc tasks effectively from the main responsibilities.

DESIGNER – ASSISTANT OFFICER
Main responsibilities to create visual and digital content for marketing and promotional activities, including social media designs, promotional visuals and videos, event coverage, and supporting marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
Qualification
- Minimum GCE “A” Level and/or Ordinary National Diploma equivalent in related disciplines.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of working experience in a related field,
- Involved in Design and execution of creative projects and contents for social media platforms,
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud specifically photoshop, illustrator, drawing and indesign,
- Experience in Video editing, shooting and producing videos for promo materials,
- Involved in sales pitch, conducting Marketing and promotional activities.
Competencies Required
- Demonstrate proficiency in AI image generation, with experience using tools such as ChatGPT and Mid Journey,
- Knowledgeable and keep abreast in digital and social media design trends,
- Ability to conceptualize and execute campaign material,
- Strong understanding of branding and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials,
- Design visual content (video and static) for social media platforms and websites,
- Able to develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity,
- Create graphics and layout designs for digital marketing materials,
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud specifically and not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign,
- Ability to encode, convert, make, edit videos and effects / elements to enhance motion graphics will consider an added advantage,
- Support the team in preparing artwork for campaigns and promotional activities,
- Conduct research on current design trends and technologies, with a readiness to adapt.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks from time to time as assigned.
